Upon returning to Wakanda, Black Panther and Storm face Erik Killmonger, defeating him with assistance from Monica Rambeau (a.k.a. Pulsar).[28] Afterward, Wakanda fends off the alien shapeshifters the Skrulls, who had infiltrated as part of their "Secret Invasion" plan to conquer Earth.[29] Prince Namor, the Sub-Mariner, attempts to recruit T'Challa for the Cabal, a secret council of supervillains masterminding. Attacked by the forces of fellow Cabal member Doctor Doom, T'Challa is left victorious[30] His wife Storm trains their son as the next Panther, with the mantle passing onto him officially after T'Challa returns from the hospital recovering from his injuries.[31]Black Panther: The Man Without Fear
Slated to begin in December 2010, T'Challa will be taking over Daredevil's series with issue 513. It will be retitled to Black Panther: The Man Without Fear, and will feature T'Challa taking on a new supercriminal named Vlad the Impaler, who is consolidating power in the New York City underworld.[35] During Pym’s imprisonment for a crime he didn't commit, Janet has a brief relationship with Tony Stark; the alter ego of fellow Avenger Iron Man, in which they have a son out of wedlock (unknown to Dr. Pym).[35] Still not satisfied with his victory over his foe, Egghead reforms the supervillain team the Masters of Evil and kidnaps Pym at his trial, creating the impression that Pym himself staged his own escape. Egghead intends to use Pym in another of his schemes, but is tricked when Pym uses Egghead’s own apparatus to defeat the entire roster of the Masters of Evil. In a final act of desperation, Egghead attempts to kill Pym, but is stopped and accidentally killed by the Avenger Hawkeye, whose brother had been murdered by Egghead years ago. With the real perpetrator exposed, Pym is cleared of all charges. After bidding farewell to Janet and his teammates, Pym leaves to devote his full time to research.[36] Pym reappears in the West Coast Avengers, first in an advisory role[37] and then as a full-fledged member in a non-costumed capacity.[38] Pym begins a short relationship with teammate Tigra,[39] and after a verbal taunting by old foe Whirlwind contemplates suicide, but is stopped by the heroine Firebird.[40] Pym and Janet also eventually resume a romantic relationship, and she finally becomes pregnant with their first child, Aidan Pym (son of Wasp and Antman/Giant-Man) .[41] The character eventually returns to the Avengers, joining the East Coast team as Giant-Man.[42] The pair, together with many of the other Avengers, apparently sacrifice themselves to stop the villain Onslaught, but actually exist in a pocket universe for a year before returning to the mainstream Marvel universe.[43] Pym returns and aids the team as Giant-Man[44] and makes a significant contribution by defeating criminal mastermind Imus Champion[45] and his flawed creation Ultron, simultaneously overcoming his old issues with his own brain patterns creating Ultron.[46]When Rick Jones becomes a key player in the Destiny War between Kang the Conqueror and Immortus, two different versions of Pym are drawn into the war; the Giant-Man of Rick's present and the YellowJacket/Antman immediately prior to his marriage to Janet. The legacy of the Avengers & Antman:[47] After the events of the Avengers Disassembled storyline, Pym takes a leave of absence,[53] and in the one-shot title Avengers: Finale, the character and Janet leave for England to rekindle their relationship.[54] Pym and Janet's relationship fails and it is revealed in flashback during the Secret Invasion storyline that he is replaced by an alien Skrull.[55] The Skrull version of Pym, along with the Wasp and other heroes, is transported to a place called "Battle World" to combat each other. The culprit is revealed to be the cosmic entity the Stranger, posing as fellow entity the Beyonder, when Pym tricks the being into believing that he has won the war by seemingly disintegrating the other heroes when he has really only shrunk them.[56] Pym as Yellowjacket is a central character in the Civil War storyline, joining those heroes that support the Superhuman Registration Act. Together with Mister Fantastic (of the Fantastic Four) and Tony Stark (Iron Man), the character creates a cybernetic clone of currently missing Thor to battle the anti-registration heroes, although the clone shows no morals and kills Bill Foster (who had taken up Pym's former identity as Goliath) in battle. Pym is also kidnapped by Young Avengers member Hulkling, who uses his shapeshifter powers to impersonate Pym and free several captive anti-registration heroes. At the conclusion of the Civil War, Pym — still a Skrull — is named "Man of the Year" by Time magazine for his role.[57] The Skrull is eventually revealed to be called "Criti Noll", and becomes one of the chief administrators at Camp Hammond, a U.S. military base in Stamford, Connecticut for the training of registered superheroes in the government program Avengers: The Initiative.[58] The Skrull Pym officially ends the attempt at reconciliation with Janet, and becomes involved in a romantic relationship with Tigra. During the combat phase of the invasion, the Skrull Pym is exposed and defeated by the hero Crusader.[59] Following a final battle between Earth's heroes and the Skrulls, the real Pym is found with other "replaced" heroes in a Skrull vessel. After the Wasp is killed in the final battle,[60] Pym takes on a new superhero persona as the Wasp in tribute to his former wife.[61] Pym rejoins the Avengers[62] and is eventually convinced to lead the team.[63] The cosmic entity Eternity reveals to Pym that he is Earth's "Scientist Supreme", the scientific counterpart to the Earth's current Sorcerer Supreme, as he is able to create science with effects similar to magic.[64] However, Loki later claims to have been posing as Eternity in order to trick Pym.[65]Avengers Legacy: In the year 2030, 16-year-old robotics student Nathaniel Richards was rescued from a near-fatal attack by his future self, Nathaniel Stark (Iron Man II). Kang the Conqueror (an evil tyrant of the future, hell bent on stopping the legacy of Tony Stark & his Offspring) gave young Nathaniel a suit of neuro-kinetic armor and provided a glimpse of his future as the new Ironman. Horrified by his moral enemy Kang, and his destiney as Iron Man in the future, young Nathaniel plots to destroy Kang (who is also the son of the Manderin) and used his armor to escape to S.H.E.I.L.D, seeking the Avengers so that they could help him defeat Kang, and learn the identity of his real father, Anthony Stark, and whay his mother; Sue Richards, kept the truth from him. Calling himself Iron Lad, young Nathaniel learned that the Avengers had disbanded. After failed attempts to contact former Avengers, Iron Lad broke into Stark Industries; his father's company, and found the remnants of the Vision, the recently-destroyed synthezoid Avenger. Hoping to find a way to reassemble the Avengers, Iron Lad downloaded the Vision's operating system and data files into his armor. Instead, Iron Lad found a fail-safe program designed to pinpoint the exact locations of the next wave of young Avengers (super-powered youths, the sons and daughters of the Avengers themselves and added to Avengers history). Iron Lad used this data to recruit the sons of the Marvel Universe's Greatest Heroes: "Young Avengers" who resided in New York City: Patriot and Rick Rogers (sons of Captain America), Hulkling and Skaar (sons of The Hulk), Asgardian (now known as Wiccan, the son of The Mighty Thor), Spiderboy (the adpoted son of Peter Parker) Daken (the son of Wolverine), and Steve Barnes ( the son of Bucky/The Winter Soldier). Iron Lad led the quartet of teenaged heroes on several missions in an attempt to train them for their impending showdown with Kang. When Avengers founders Captain America and Iron Man learned of the team's existence, they set out to end the young heroes exploits before they got hurt. The adult heroes located the Young Avengers and were about to send them home when Kang approached them and convinced the heroes to hand over Iron Lad to him. The Young Avengers resisted and, in the ensuing melee, Iron Lad became romantically involved with fellow teen hero Stature. Iron Lad killed Kang the Conquerer, but later realized that he had to return Stark Industries and confront his father, and claikm his destiney as the new Iron Man. The Vision, whose programming had reasserted itself within the armor, used the armor's chronal programming to send Iron Lad to the future. Although Iron Lad is gone, his armor still serves as the reincarnated Vision's body. Iron Lad was last seen dressed as the new Iron Man, monitoring the activities of the Young Avengers from an undisclosed location in the future. Iron Lad ages slightly more slowly than modern humanity. Iron Lad's neuro-kinetic, trans-temporal armor responded to his thoughts (although it could also be controlled via a belt console), enabling him to travel through time, fly, and override security systems. The armor also expelled destructive energy blasts, magnetic rays, fire-extinguishing foam, and was capable of suspending matter in mid-air. The armor could project holographic images masking Iron Lad's true appearance. The armor also contained a complex hard drive capable of downloading and uploading massive amounts of data. When Norman Osborn is defeated, Pym creates Avengers Academy, a program to help train young people whose newly acquired powers were manipulated by Osborn. While telling the recruits they are being trained to become heroes, the truth is that their profiles indicate they are the most likely to become villains and Pym hopes to prevent that.[66] Pym will return to his Giant-Man identity in Avengers Academy #7.[67]- The New Captain America

vote nowBuzz up!AUGUSTA, Ga. - An Augusta reverend and firefighter is doing his best to feed the homeless and serve his community from his Church. Reverend Dr. Franklyn Beckles, Jr. opened his Church doors to the homeless Sunday. Beckles already runs a day care, ministry and learning center out of his Church called the Children's Christian Center. Now he's decided a soup kitchen is the next best way to help the Augusta community. "They have to have a need and a wanting to participate in a Christian atmosphere. We give them food talk to them and we give them a little bit of the word, we pray with them," Beckles said.

Along with his Sons: Koryak, Arthur Jr., & Aqualad II (featured in "Young Justice") and his sidekick/friend Tempest (original Aqualad) and his Wife & Son. Aquaman's Nemesis Black Manta Returns too, but his whereabouts have been fabricated; he doesn't sell his soul to anyone, or remains evil.. He eventually, becomes a hero and no longer a bad guy. He aides Aquaman, and Spectre; restoring Aquaman, his family, and friends back to The DC Universe!! As Spectre & Green Lantern has done for Green Arrow, The Flash, Superboy, and Blue Beetle- Bringing them back to life....
